Wholesale policy

Wholesale Order

For wholesale orders, our minimum opening order is $150 and must be accompanied by a tax resale ID number. There is no minimum for re-orders. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice but are generally updated each quarter.

Terms
All first time orders are shipped pre-paid by credit card,Money Orders,Cheque or Wire Transfer, until a credit application is approved. To apply for net 30 terms, a credit reference sheet must be submitted for review. This process may take 2 to 4 weeks.

Net 30 accounts are subject to a 2% monthly finance charge. Terms will be revoked on delinquent accounts.
Check payments must be cleared before orders are shipped. Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee.

Back Orders
We will back order all out of stock items unless the customer specifies otherwise. If a backorder causes your order to be sent in multiple shipments, you will be charged only for the items as they ship.

Shipping & Handling

All orders are  processed and  shipped within   2-3  business days. We use UPS  ground unless otherwise requested, as our courier. Shipping is based on the weight of the items and current shipping rates .Shipping quotes are for all the items send to one address. Email us at info@omyogasupplies.com  for a shipping quote,however please note that the delivery dates quoted are an estimate and shipping dates cannot be guaranteed.

When you place bulk order we offer you a reduced rate on shipping. Depending on the total weight and box dimensions ,  we receive a discount  from  UPS  which we forward on to our customer. Feel free to contact us at  info@omyogasupplies.com for further information.

Contact us   for expedite or rush orders. If you like to have your orders shipped the same day then please contact us and we will do our best to ship the order the same day, it may be subject to additional fee.

All  orders are shipped F.O.B. from Syosset, NY  and all freight &  handling charges are billed to the customer.

For shipments outside the continental USA, please email us at info@omyogasupplies.com for quotes and rates. International customers are responsible for all customs, tariffs and other fees / charges. Prepayment on all International orders is required.

For all orders within the  lower 48 states of the U.S.A. we ship UPS Ground. If you are in Hawaii, Alaska, or outside the U.S., please contact us for a shipping quote.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is important to us, therefore, we offer a 30 day return policy where you may return  unused items for exchange, refund or credit within 30 days of purchase. We will credit 100% on items that are returned in new condition with original, resalable packaging. We will issue a 50% credit for items where the original seal is broken and the item(s), although not damaged, cannot be sold as new. We reserve the right to reject a return that does not meet this criteria. In addition we do not refund shipping and handling charges on original  invoices nor return postage.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns or they will not be accepted. Returns are ONLY accepted with prior approval. Contact us at info@omyogasupplies.com  for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).

No returns will be accepted after 30 days of invoice date. We do not accept  returns if the iterms is  damaged or missing, special orders or customized products.

No credit or exchanges will be issued on damaged items unless notified within 5 days of receipt.

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed but before it has shipped, you will be refunded the entire amount of the order.

Damaged shipments must be reported to the carrier within five days of receipt.

We do not accept retuns on international orders

For large or wholesale orders, we charge a 15% restocking fee for returned items. This minimal cost only covers our fees to receive the order and restock the inventory. For questions about possible restocking fees, please contact us before returning your order.

We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in the mail when being returned. Therefore, please be sure to properly insure your package(s).

Purchase Orders

We accept purchase orders from Non-Profit organizations, Ashrams, Retreat, Centers, Prisons, Yoga Centers, Hotel & Resort centres,Institutions, Schools, Universities, Businesses, YMCA's, Health clubs, Retails stores and any other established business.

Custom Orders

All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-cancelable. If special delivery is required, purchaser will be responsible for all additional freight and handling. Allow 3 to 4 months for delivery. Custom orders may cause a delay in shipping or additional, non-published fees.

International Orders

We do not accept returns on international orders.Shipping and handling for international orders varies  and customers are responsible for all tariffs, duties and taxes   associated with their orders.
